Josh Little
Team Leader
Josh, our Team Leader, joined Jessica Forman’s team in February of 2009. He is licensed in auto, fire, life and health.
Josh started working for State Farm after seeing a State Farm Agent handle a claim for a family friend. They were awesome in how well they took care of the customer. He loves building relationships with customers and watching them accomplish the goals they set for themselves.
Josh is a graduate of Walsh University with a degree in Management. He also played football while attending! He enjoys all outdoors activities and spending time with his family. He is married with two handsome little boys and a beautiful baby girl.

Jessica Lynn McCreight
Office Manager
Jessica Lynn, our Office Manager, joined Jessica Forman’s team in 2011. She is licensed in auto, fire, life and health!
She began her journey with State Farm as a customer, at a time of several personal life changes. The Forman team provided invaluable knowledge and guidance which ultimately led to a career opportunity for Jessica Lynn. She now enjoys paying her experience forward by helping to serve and assist our customers in the same way.
Jessica Lynn is the mommy to a beautiful little girl and handsome baby boy as well as a wife to a wonderful man. She loves spending time with her family. A lot of their time is spent at ball parks and dance studios!

Marsha Welle
Multiple Line Representative
Marsha, our Multi-line Representative, joined Jessica Forman’s team in 2014. She is licensed in auto, fire, life and health insurance!
She views her role at State Farm as Insurance COACH, because she enjoys advising people and seeing them successfully choose the right coverage for their families using the information she has provided and the discussions they have together.
She is a graduate of THE Ohio State University with a degree in Education and resides in her childhood hometown. Prior to working for Forman State Farm, she was the owner of an All-Star Cheer and Gymnastics gym and still enjoys weekend excursions across the world with her daughter to judge for various competition companies.
When Marsha is not judging cheer competitions, her weekends are filled with either Quarter horse shows or backyards around the fire pit with family and friends watching the stars and solving world problems. Her most recent joy came in the birth of her first grandson!

Anise' Palko
Office Manager
Anise, our Sunbury Office Manager, joined Jessica Forman's team in 2022. She is licensed in Auto & Fire and Life & Health.
Anise has over 20 years of experience in a State Farm Agent's office. That first job was never meant to be a career, but soon after completing the insurance licensing, she discovered it was very fulfilling to help simplify the insurance process and to be able to help folks understand and choose the coverages that fit their needs.
She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mi with a Communications degree. Anise and her husband have relocated here from West Michigan to be near their son, daughter- in- law and their very special grandson. When she is not helping folks with insurance, Anise and her husband spend time camping and enjoying their custom vans and cars with family and friends.

Becca Hartigan
Customer Relations Representative
Becca, our customer relations representative, joined our team in February of 2021. She is licensed in fire, auto and life insurance!
Becca was a long-term customer before joining the team. She enjoys the professionalism, knowledge, interest, and care that each team member shows each and every customer. She wanted to be a part of this environment to help her customers be successful and to make sure they are set up for success for the future. She loves building relationships with her team members and customers as well as helping them reach their goals in life.
Becca is married to a loving husband with a handsome son. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outdoors, but also loves a good book, word puzzles and brain games. She loves cooking and baking special treats to share with family and friends.

Maegan Ginther
Receptionist
Maegan, our Delaware office Receptionist, joined our team in July 2024. She is proud to be the mom of her 10-year-old daughter, Savannah. She loves spending time with family and traveling to her favorite location, Gatlinburg, Tennessee to enjoy the bears, the beautiful views and time exploring the park. She is an avid shopper and loves a good deal!
Since being on the team, she has learned so much and enjoys the welcoming environment displayed by everyone on our staff. She is looking forward to continued growth and a long future with The Forman Agency!

Hannah Stowers
Receptionist
Hannah, our Sunbury office Receptionist, started at Forman Insurance in early 2025. She is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life Insurance. Hannah came to us as a very happy State Farm customer who thought it would be great to pursue a career with our office. She enjoys working at Forman State Farm because she loves being part of a fun team, getting to help customers, and solving problems! She loves getting to work on the Sunbury Square and being close to community events.
When Hannah isn’t working, she enjoys cozying up with a good book, hanging out with her pets & family, or doing something outside... but you might also find her at the racetrack or out fishing! Hannah looks forward to working with you and hopes to serve you for many years to come!

Cassie, is our newest Customer Service Representative.
Cassie is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most and enjoys building strong connections with each person she works with. She is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life Insurance. Cassie brings a caring, straightforward approach to every interaction, making the process of insurance simple & stress-free
Outside the office, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children & dog, Sadie. Cassie also likes being involved in the Delaware community and finding new ways to connect with others. She also loves to cook & do crafts.
